Alan Tazzyman - My Story

ALAN TAZZYMAN

Tattooist. Muralist. Creator of All.

WHO I AM

My name’s Alan Tazzyman. I’m 33 years old, born and raised in Melbourne, Victoria.
By trade, I’m a tattoo artist.
By spirit, I’m a mural and street artist.
But really, I just live to create—on skin, on walls, on anything I can leave my mark on.

I've been tattooing for 16 years now.
The obsession started when I was ten. My dad’s best mate walked into the house, fully covered in incredible tattoos, and something just clicked. I was hooked before I even understood what it all meant. My old man had great work too, but back in the '80s and '90s, people kept their ink hidden. It wasn’t the kind of thing you saw celebrated—or spoken about as a career.

But I saw it. I felt it.
And I followed it.

WHERE IT STARTED

I’ve always drawn. Since I could hold a crayon. Art was never a hobby—it was an obsession.
It became my way in, my way through, my way out.

Tattooing gave me discipline.
Graffiti gave me freedom.
Both taught me how to move through the world with my own language.

Five years ago, I went back to my roots—spray can in hand, surrounded by like-minded people, reconnecting with the form that started it all. That led to the birth of my second world: Master Murals.

The name isn’t just branding.
It’s a mindset.

I never wanted to be locked into one style.
I wanted to master everything—lettering, realism, abstract, cartoon, portrait, characters.
Master Murals is about showing that there’s nothing I can’t paint.
No rules. No box. Just full-spectrum creation.

WHAT I BELIEVE

I don’t make art to preach. I don’t push a single message with every piece.
But I do live by something:

“If you’ve got the passion, the love, and the skill—follow it.
Make it your life. Make it your career.
It will never do you wrong.”

That’s the message I carry into every piece—on skin, on wall, on canvas.
You don’t have to be loud to be true.
You just have to be all in.

WHY I’M HERE

My art is a reflection of everything I’ve lived. The grit. The growth. The grind.
I’m here to keep evolving. To keep creating.
To keep pushing my story, and everyone else’s, forward—
One wall. One tattoo. One piece at a time.

This is just the beginning.
