When will I get my order?
All our fulfillment is done in Sydney, where we store, print, and ship your orders. The average order processing time is between 2-3 business days, after which shipping time applies.
The shipping duration depends on your location and can be estimated as follows - AUSPost estimates:
Domestic:
Australia
Metro (SYD, MEL, CNS, PER, CBR..):
Standard = 2 to 5 Business Days; Express = 1 to 3 Business Days
Outside Metro:
Standard = 3 to 8 Business Days; Express = 2 to 4 Business Days
We offer a tracking service, through a third-party provider, on our website. Go to 'Track my order' and find out what your order status is.
The shipping times provided are an estimate from our supplier and are no guarantee to arrive in set timeframe.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Go to 'Track my order' and find out what your order status is
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at: support@theartlabel.com.au with your order number.

Where and how are our products made?
We handle all aspects of our fulfillment process in-house in Sydney. We buy our garments, store them locally, print them on-site, pack them, and send them directly to our customers. This streamlined approach allows us to maintain high-quality standards, ensure fast processing times, and provide reliable and efficient shipping. By managing everything from one location, we also reduce our environmental impact and support local operations.
How do I track my order?
To be able to track your order it is very simple. After placing your order, you will receive an email of confirmation with your order number and tracking number. Scroll all the way down to the footer of each webpage and you will find 'Track my order'. This will lead you to the tracking system, where you have to fill in your email and order number and you're good to go!
