We take pride in delivering high-quality streetwear and designs that showcase the work of talented artists. As each piece is made to order, we encourage you to review your selections carefully before completing your purchase, including size, colour, and delivery information.

Returns (Faulty | Damaged Items)

If there's a quality or manufacturing issue or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (delivered date as confirmed by tracking system) and provide full details of the issue, including photo evidence of the item and packaging.

Once we receive your claim, our team will conduct an internal review. If the fault or damage is confirmed following our investigation, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the item back to us at no cost. A replacement will be dispatched once the returned item has been received and inspected.

We take every damaged order seriously and use this information to work with our logistics partners to prevent future issues. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this process.

Returns (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item by choice (e.g. change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you're welcome to do so within the same 14-day period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer across all markets, including Australia, Canada, and the USA.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer regardless of location. Once we receive and inspect the original item, your replacement will be dispatched.

For all return or exchange inquiries, please contact us at returns@theartlabel.com.au and provide the following:

  • Order Number
  • List of affected item(s)
  • Description of the issue(s)
  • Clear images of the item(s) and packaging
  • How the package was packed (if possible)

The pictures are very important for our team for internal reporting. We will also ask whether the outer packaging was also damaged, as this helps us assess how the issue occurred and take the necessary steps with our logistics partners.

Please note that to be eligible for a successful return or exchange, all items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and unused - with all original tags still attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. This ensures that every returned item can be fairly processed and potentially offered to another customer in perfect condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We're unable to redirect funds to a different account.

THE ART LABEL takes pride in the quality of our products and strives to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. Every order goes through quality checks and is packed with care by one of our team members. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage reported after the 14-day grace period.

Return and exchange shipping costs vary by location and will be confirmed at the time of your request.
